Your introduction to the Thai Kitchen
Our one day course starts at 9am with a shopping trip to Hua Hin’s 100 year old morning market. Here we will buy all the ingredients that we will need for the day together.
From the market we will continue to our traditional Thai teak home, where we will take a short coffee break and start making preparations for the course.

Cook delicious Thai food
During our most popular course we will teach you how to make curry-paste the traditional Thai way, followed by the first dish: Keang Keaw Wan Gai (green curry with chicken).
First we will prepare the ingredients together. Then after discussing the nuances of the dish, it will be your turn to make your own. Our English speaking instructors will guide you as needed.

Dishes worth learning about
Other dishes on this course are Pad Thai (famous Thai style noodles), Tom Yum Goong (4 flavour soup w/ shrimp) & Khanom Lot Chong (jackfruit dessert).
We only use the freshest ingredients & authentic, original recipes. But we will give you lots of ideas for adapting to a western kitchen. We often hear from our attendees about the food they cook: “this is the tastiest Thai food I have had on my entire trip”. cont..“Great Value”
