We will not use your email address or personal information for any purposes other than to contact you regarding the Thai cooking classes.
To ensure we can continue to provide the high quality cooking experiences that we are continually striving to improve we must institute a fair and reasonable cancellation policy. Our classes have limited places and when someone cancels late we have often already turned someone else away who would have take their place. Also we need to plan ahead regarding staff and vehicle numbers so require a reasonable time frame for cancellations to be able to run the school efficiently.
So to that end you can easily cancel or change the date* of your cooking class for a full refund up to 7 days before it starts, unless otherwise stated.
However, a cancellation fee of 50% of the full class fee applies for cancellations or date changes* made between 2 and 7 days in advance.
For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, or in case of a no-show, the full class payment is due and no refund will be provided.
If you have only paid a 50% deposit or paid no deposit at all and cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time we would expect to be paid the full class fee.
In all cases when a customer cancels and a refund is provided any applicable transactions fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.
In the event of private group bookings where the entire venue is reserved, a non refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation.

The Child Price of 750 baht and 649 baht for the Afternoon Express Class applies for ages 6-11 years old.
Children aged 0-5 can accompany for free but we ask for you to bring food/snacks for them as there is no option to order additional food.
Every booking must have at least 1 adult aged 18+.
Each paying adult can only bring one child (at child rate or free of charge). In cases where an individual booking is for more children than adults at least half of the attendees will be charged at the adult rate. For example: a booking for 1 adult and 2 children would be charged at a rate based on 2 adults and 1 child. We do our best to keep the child pricing low to make it as affordable as possible for families but as we only have limited places available at each class we need to have this policy.
Children 6-11 get to participate in the class just like the adults. They prepare and cook their own full size portions at their own cooking station. Parents or guardians will be able to cook right next to them in close quarters in order to keep a close eye. And we are there to assist with knife work or anything tricky.
The course fee for the 1 Day Course includes return transfers from your hotel or accommodation within the Hua Hin town area.

We also have Meeting Points at either the Cooking School in Soi 19, the “Hua Hin Clocktower” or one of the Shopping Malls – Market Village & Bluport. You will be contacted directly by the cooking school after booking to advise of a precise pickup time or to discuss meeting points.
