Hope this finds everybody well and Happy New Year. Our apologies for the very long break between posts. Business has been really good this past couple of years but as a result we have neglected posting to the blog. So hopefully we can provide you with something interesting and useful. We will be posting video recipes here and will start with Glass Noodle Salad (Yum Woon Sen). We hope you like it.

Wow ….ohhh my God , I need to be back in Hua Hin again. Very happy memories of wonderful people and amazing food. Highly recommended Thai cooking school for anyone visiting huahin….loved it.
