Pad Thai Sauce
In today’s video we will show you how to make Pad Thai Sauce. This versatile sweet, sour and salty sauce can also be used in the dish “Goong Makhan”. It can be frozen and should keep in the fridge for a couple of weeks.
To balance the sweet, sour and salty is quite subjective and personal preference applies. So after trying the recipe once you can adjust the ingredients if you prefer more sweet, sour or salty. You can also do what we do here at a Pad Thai stand and just add lime, sugar or fish sauce to taste????
INGREDIENTS
– 2 cups of Water
– 1 cup of Tamarind
– 1 cup of Palm Sugar
– half cup of Fish Sauce
